GuruNanda is looking for a creative genius to join our marketing & branding team. Your job will be to make *amazing* ads that get users to click and buy with great fury! You will also make kick a*s videos that will run on Facebook news feeds and be seen by millions of people! You will be working directly with the media buying team and quickly take feedback from the performance of your creatives (good or bad) and make tweaks and iterations to it until it makes our media campaign perform like the Ferrari of advertising.

Responsibilities and Duties
In addition to creating ads, this position will also be tasked with creating new brands, logos and marketing materials for our ecommerce product brands from inception.
- Create Product Branding & Logos for new ecommerce products
- Create Video Ads for Advertising Campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
- Understand audience for ad campaign and what images may appeal to that audience
- Search for creative assets said audience will respond to.
- Shoot daily videos for campaigns that matches audience needs, and edit them.
- Cut, Copy, Splice videos together to make “Zen, Meditation, Classy" style videos in After Effects.
- Export multiple sizes suitable for Facebook, IG, Google and other media platforms our advertising campaigns run on.
- Meet with performance team daily and understand how and why your creative is performing or underperforming
- Video Production Experience
- Video Editing Experience
- Graphic Designing Experience
- 2-3 Years Final Cut Pro
- 2-3 Years Adobe Adobe Illustrator
- Creative Eye That Gets People To Buy
- FCP and Adobe Photoshop a Must
- After Effects and AI is a Plus
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Team Player That Can Take Feedback, Make Changes and Reproduce Creative
- Lighting Speed
- $20/hr + Yearly Bonus
